Our approach always starts with a market mapping exercise and research to identify where to find potential candidates. We utilise all of the channels available including our network of contacts, social media, our database and recruitment advertising. We proactively approach or 'headhunt' candidates where no conflict of interest exists, in line with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's Code of Professional Practice.

To ensure we only shortlist the most appropriate people, every candidate is met in person. Our questioning is rigorous and where possible we take references from third parties in advance. We also have experience of incorporating specific pre-screening assessments for individual clients.
